Annie Page

YORKTOWN - Annie Shields Page, 91, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010, as the result of an auto accident. Annie was a life long resident of York County, and was a 1936 graduate of Poquoson High School. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, and was active in the Tuesday morning Bazaar Work Shop. She was instrumental in starting the Bethel 39 International Order of Job's Daughters. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, York Chapter #110. She was a former employee of Yorktown Flower Shop, and was a volunteer at Mary Immaculate Hospital for 25 years.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband A. Glenn Page; four brothers, Arthur, Coleman, Raymond and Harvey; a sister, Nellie Owens; and a brother-in-law, George Arnold Page. She is survived by two daughters, Glenda P. Jantz and her husband, Larry of Yorktown, Sandra Phaneuf and her husband, Charles of Kiln Creek; a sister, Myrtle Stephens of Yorktown. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Robert Belvin Jr. and his wife, Maribeth, Angela Molin and her husband, Michael, Michael Jantz and his wife, Nicole, Lesley Jantz and her friend, Don Hawn, Bradley Harris and his friend, Remlee Green, Dale Harris and his wife, Kristin; seven great-grandchildren, Garrett, Elizabeth, Hunter, Ethan, Makayla, Benjamin and Ella; friends, Linda Hicks and Spencer Inge; and her cat, Red Fred.
